Urodama.com is complying strictly with online business law and regulations namely the Decree 143/2001 and 07/2004 as well as other legal provisions regarding ecommerce. The following Terms and Conditions, as in force on the date of order, shall exclusively apply to the pre-contractual and contractual relationship between the buyer (referred as "costumer’", "user" or "you") and urodama.com, belonging to the company Computex S.C. The company is registered at Krajowy Rejestr Sądowy (Polish Business Registration Office), VAT number PL 657 000 915 9 (hereinafter referred as "urodama.com", "Site’"or "We"). These Terms and Conditions will supersede any and all other terms and conditions contained in or referred to in order(s), in correspondence or elsewhere, except when conditions change by mutual agreement. Urodama.com reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at its sole discretion. Whenever you visit urodama.com you should take a look at Terms & Conditions as it may change overtime. We assume when the costumer is placing an order is automatically accepting our terms.
Products
The products’ pictures are not part of the pre-contractual and contractual relationship as they are purely indicative and shall not create a warranty or legal obligation. Regarding descriptions, details and prices of the products provided by official suppliers appearing on the Site, urodama.com bears no responsibility. While we aim to keep the Site as up to date as possible we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Price
Product prices are in Euros and are stated exclusive of delivery charges which will be indicated separately on our Site and before order completion. Delivery charges depend on package destination country and weight. You can change prices display to other currencies. However, please note that the purchase is always in euros. Urodama.com is no responsible for exchange rate errors and customer bank fees. We reserve the right to amend prices. In case of error due to computer virus, technical or typing mistakes, your order will be cancelled.
Shipping

Payment
At urodama.com, we understand how important security is to you. We only accept payments with established online payment operators like Paypal. Products' price and the shipping cost shall be debited from your account or from your credit/debit card when your order is accepted by us. We shall not be liable for any misuse of information by third parties.
Please note that all prices on our websites are shown and processed in Euro. It means that if you have Paypal account or credit/debit card in other currency, the amount will be automatically converted to Euro at Paypal official exchange rate. These rates are fixed by Paypal and are entirely out of our control.
As an alternative to Paypal, we also accept payments by credit card with Polish operator Dotpay.

Return & Refund
In case you want to cancel your purchase, it must be reported within 14 days of receipt by means of registered mail. Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received. Intact, unopened and unused. Products must be unopened and in original packaging, with all accessories and inserts. To obtain a refund of the products to us, please return products within 14 days as of the delivery date we will try to refund you promptly. However the product should firstly be subject to a thorough analysis. In case the product is suitable for refund, urodama.com will refund you within 20 days after your complaint email. If you had paid by credit card urodama.com will transfer the funds back to your credit card.
Liability
To the fullest extent urodama.com shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, incidental, multiple, punitive or other indirect damages, delays or breach of contract (including, demonstrations or strikes, floods, fire, war). Urodama.com will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, or from any products purchased from this site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.
Urodama.com is not responsible for the parcels detained at local customs and cannot be liable for any additional costs that may be required for customs clearance. It is client's responsibility to be aware of the local customs in his/her destination country and to pay an adequate fee if necessary.
Comments and testimonials
Our Communication and Marketing Department monitor comments, reviews and opinions. In case testimonials violate law or ethical principles (insulting, defamation, abusive advertising) urodama.com reserves the right to amend or exclude it.
Privacy
We collect from you personal data which will be used by us for the purpose of: providing online shopping services; product marketing and promotion; fulfilling your orders for products; order processing and payment clearing and membership registration. When registering at urodama.com the costumer should only give true information. False or wrong data are contrary to urodama.com principles and Terms & Conditions. The costumer has the right to request access, correction and removal of such personal data held by us. You can also enquiry concerning your personal data held by us, including making of access and corrections. Emails regarding promotions, offers, newsletters will be sent to our customers. You are entitled to cancel its subscription. Only urodama.com has access to your personal info. We will not provide your personal information to third parties for their use in marketing their products or services to you. In addition, we do not sell or otherwise disclose personal information about our site visitors except as described here.
By European Law, you can always lodge a complaint for the misuse of personal data to Polish Inspectorate (Generalny Inspektor Ochrony Danych Osobowych) or any other institution dealing with personal data protection in your country.

All fraudulent use is punished by law and Intellectual Property Rights.
