It is necessary to inform you that for the moment all worldwide shipments through Poczta Polka are suspended until further notice. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and will let you know as soon as the service is restored. However, our express shipping service for the European Union continues to operate in the same way and without delays presented so far. Deliveries are secure within 2-5 days, even for Italy, Spain and France.

This express courier service can be extended to the rest of the world prior to a shipping cost quote and customer approval. Let us know if you are interested in this service.

REFUNDS

If you made an order before March 20, 2020 and it has not yet arrived, you can be sure that we will take full responsibility for it and we are working to provide you with the option that best suits you. We will contact you as soon as possible.
